What to Expect:

If you have your physical therapy prescription and you have chosen us as your provider, thank you! Please call our scheduling line at 573-681-0447 or send us an e-mail with your name and contact information. We will gather your personal and insurance information, diagnosis, and any treatment preferences you may have. It is important to note that patients may not receive physical therapy from Outbound if they are currently receiving home health services from other disciplines like nursing or occupational/speech therapy. We will be happy to be your provider when your home health episode is complete.

Following your evaluation, you and your therapist will determine your treatment frequency and duration, and your subsequent treatments will be scheduled. All treatments will be delivered by a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant at the time and place of your choosing!

In the event that your doctor’s office sends us your referral directly, we will contact you to confirm that we have received your information from them. We will then verify your benefits and our scheduling department will contact you to schedule your initial evaluation.

Billing:

If you have a co-payment for therapy visits, we will inform you of such prior to your first visit. Your co-pay will be due to your therapist at each visit. We gladly accept all major credit cards at the time of service. Alternate arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis.

In the event that you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you cancel it within 24 hours, otherwise you will be responsible for a $25 no show fee.
