Jennifer Schnieders, DPT 

Jennifer grew up in Jefferson City, where she graduated from Helias High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise, Master of Physical Therapy, and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Saint Louis University. While attending SLU, Jennifer danced with The Ballet Conservatory Company and taught for The Ballet Conservatory of St. Louis.

While working in other outpatient clinics Jennifer obtained multiple ergonomics and work-injury prevention certifications with extensive experience with pre-employment screening, onsite job analysis, and return-to-work therapy programs. She particularly enjoys working with the geriatric population, performing fall-risk assessments and balance programs. Jennifer is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Missouri Physical Therapy Association, where she recently became President.

Jennifer and her husband Jay are life-long residents of Jefferson City. They have three sons, Archer, Dawson, and Tucker, who are active with soccer, baseball, basketball, and golf. Within the community Jennifer is involved with St. Peter’s Interparish School, The American Heart Association Mid Missouri Heart Ball, and Zonta International.


Michelle Sherry, MPT

Michelle grew up in Wardsville and is a 1996 graduate of Helias High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2000 from Truman State University where she was a member of the softball team. She then went on to obtain her Master of Physical Therapy in 2003 from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. She enjoys treating a variety of orthopedic conditions and has special training in manual therapy and kinesiotaping techniques. Michelle worked in St. Louis for 3 years before returning to Jefferson City in 2006. She joined the staff at Outbound Physical Therapy and Rehab in 2014.

Michelle and her husband Ryan currently live in Wardsville, and have two children Harper and Sloane. She enjoys reading, attending concerts and playing softball.
